When i try to activate an instagram feed in my home page like “home-heroe-slider” from dummy content, but the server resolve me: “Unable to communicate with Instagram”. In which section can i configure the instagram settings? Could you help me?

It´s possible that my hosting block outgoing connections, in case of other plugin i´ve allowed it open the ip of that plugin in my server configuration. Is it possible that it was the same situation with your “instagram feed”?
Yes, most likely your server blocks Instagram website requests. Since this error says about some problems getting photos on their side. Maybe your host can allow this website too.
