Instagram HTML Block

Hi,

Kindly i have created an instagram block for prefooter and below are the settings

On all the pages it is working fine except for the below page

it is displayed like this https://cl.ly/5f3312

How can i fix it.

The instagram feed is different than what is supposed to be like here https://cl.ly/c43a10 it is the same PREFOOTER html block i’m using.

I’m not sure why it is displaying this way on About us page only while the rest of the pages it is normal like the video i shared.

Please add this code to the Theme Settings > Custom CSS > Mobile to hide the prefooter:

i’m not sure why only on the about us page i only have this problem.

I still cannot figure out the problem.

Initially you provide the screen https://cl.ly/5f3312 the last line of images are cut. I check the pages and do not see the problem.

Then you tell “about us” page. I check about us and others, the difference is the text block inside which is configured in the Instagram element. Here is the About us page https://gyazo.com/0a11a7574e888bf826e8d1cc89fd1a8e

Now I see the difference in this page https://www.kitchenpitstop.com/custom-404/ here is one line and full width and in other pages, it boxed in two lines, what is also configured in the Instagram element.

Please check again and clarify the problem.

Yes the correct one should be displayed in one line like https://www.kitchenpitstop.com/custom-404/

It is the same prefooter html block, i don’t understand why on somepages i have it in one line and on others boxed. It should be one line for all pages

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme, and switch to the parent them if you are running the child one and provide your site admin access to the private area.
