Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Try to install the Transients manager plugin and remove all transients related to Instagram (with the instagram word in its key).

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site, and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and clear the server cache, and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
If the issue still remains, let me know and I will check and give you a possible solution.

shwetaParticipantSince there are many issues on this site, we have permanently turned off server cache from Hostinger. We have also disabled wprocket.
We have tried deactivating all plugins other than core plugins.
None of this helps. Trust us, we have many licenses of woodmart and we have never complained so much.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
We have carefully checked your website and noticed that the images loaded from Instagram were cropped (which is correct), and the URLs of these cropped images exist in the database. However, the cropped versions of these images are not present on the server. In this case, you need to regenerate the cropped images using the Regenerate Thumbnails plugin.
We tested regenerating 1 image on your website and it worked https://monosnap.com/file/QgfcnHpMU29IPjuulcnn3k3Dz460i6

shwetaParticipantFirstly, a big thanks for identifying the issue and helping us. Really means a lot. And this is the sole reason, that we love woodmart and hold more than 15 licenses. We love you.
Sure, I don’t mind regenerating thumbnails through the plugin suggested. Can you suggest, how to oly do that for Instagram section only. that is where we are confused.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Regarding regenerating thumbnails for the Instagram images only – the Regenerate Thumbnails plugin doesn’t allow you to target a specific section like Instagram only. It works for all media images in the WordPress Media Library.
However, since Instagram images are stored in the Media Library as well, you can filter them:
Navigate to Media -> Library in Grid view -> Locate the imported Instagram images -> Select them individually (or in bulk) and use the Regenerate Thumbnails option from the Bulk Actions dropdown.

shwetaParticipantbut these are connected to API. Not through library. How are these images in library? Sorry bit confused. Can you once do it for us?
Also, my icons on home page looks broken. Should I do anything?

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Yes, that’s correct. When you connect Instagram, images are automatically downloaded into your media library and then displayed on your website. This is done to improve the site’s performance. As a result, your pages load faster since the browser doesn’t have to request the images from Instagram each time.
As for the icons, at the moment we don’t see the issue you’re describing https://monosnap.com/file/3O6QcrQj8HQlvGx8SO8xbPANKGAOFd.
Best Regards,
