Instagram module not grabbing new posts

It was working fine until a week or two ago when it started only pulling posts from about 6 months back. We have tried to disconnect and reconnect the API integration and cleared the cache. Please advise.

If the Instagram module on a WordPress site suddenly starts showing very old posts (like 6 months ago) instead of the newest ones, it’s usually caused by API cache, token expiration, or Instagram API changes from Meta Platforms that affect Instagram integrations.

Even if you cleared plugin cache, other caches may still hold old data.

Clear:

WordPress cache plugin (WP Rocket, LiteSpeed, etc.)
Server cache (cPanel / hosting cache)
CDN cache (Cloudflare if used)
Instagram cache

Disconnect Instagram account.
Save settings.

Reconnect the account again.
Clear cache again.

Check back the behavior then and let us know the result.

I cleared every cache I could find on the site and in Siteground, disconnected and reconnected multiple times, and it’s still not pulling in current posts. If there is a specific Instagram cache in WP, I can’t find it.

We have carefully checked your Instagram account and can see that all images from your profile that were published by you are being correctly pulled to the website.

The posts that are missing from your website are the ones where you are listed as a collaborator. These posts are not considered your own posts by the Instagram API, therefore the API does not return them.
