Instagram widget problem

Hello
I want to setup wpbakery instagram element at homepage. I’m getting error: Instagram did not return a 200.
I have entered correct instagram username.
I have woodmart theme v3.3 and wp 5.0.3.
Beside that I have installed third party plugin ‘Instagram feed’ which works correctly.

How can I resolve this?

Please install free plugin Transients Manager, navigate to the Tools > Transients http://prntscr.com/mde3ax

Insert “Instagram” in the search and delete all Instagram Transients http://prntscr.com/mde3ri

If it does not help, provide your site admin access as well as FTP to the private area.
