The theme package available on ThemeForest is working correctly, so before requesting a new ZIP file, please make sure that you are uploading the main theme ZIP file only, not the complete package downloaded.
Please follow these steps:
- Download the theme package again from your ThemeForest account.
- Extract the downloaded package on your computer.
- Locate the main theme ZIP file (e.g., woodmart.zip) inside the extracted package.
- Upload it via Appearance > Themes > Add New > Upload Theme.
It is possible that the original download became corrupted or incomplete, so downloading a fresh copy from ThemeForest and performing a clean installation often resolves this issue.
If the installation still fails, please provide the exact error message you receive during installation.
