    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us!

The screenshots show a scan report from Wordfence flagging “Unknown files in WordPress core” inside the wp-includes/php-ai-client/ directory.

This happens because the filenames in wp-includes/php-ai-client/ were truncated (shortened) during a recent site migration, backup, or server file extraction due to their long file paths. Because the names are cut off (e.g., ending in .p instead of .php), Wordfence flags them as unknown files.

    How to fix it:
    1. Go to Dashboard > Updates and click Reinstall core version. This replaces all wp-includes files with the correct, full-named versions.
    2. Run a fresh Wordfence scan—the alerts will clear.

(Alternatively, you can safely use Wordfence’s Delete File button on these scan results to remove the broken, truncated files).

    Best Regards
