    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out. The issue is that the demo content might not have been imported correctly, or some elements were imported in a different format than expected.

Please try to deactivate the third-party plugins and import the demo again.

Note that our dummy content works only on a fresh installation. If you have some content already, it will conflict with your existing posts, and most of the content will not be imported correctly.

If the issue remains, try to increase the “PHP Max Input Vars” parameter to 10000 or higher in your PHP configuration and import the demo again.

If the issue still remains, share the valid WP login details and let me know so I can further check on your site and import the demo on your site.

    Best Regards,

Subject: Issue with Product Visibility on Website

    Dear [Technical Support/Team],

I hope this message finds you well.

I’m currently experiencing an issue with my WordPress-based website using the WoodMart theme. When I log in as an admin and navigate to a product category (e.g., Electronics), I can see the products listed correctly in the backend.

However, when accessing the same category as a guest (non-logged-in user), the products do not appear — instead, I see a message saying, “Great things are on the horizon”.

Could you please help check why the products are not visible to customers on the frontend? It seems like a display or permission issue. I have attached screenshots for your reference.

Thank you very much for your support.

    Hello,

Try to disable the maintenance mode in WooCommerce Settings > Site visibility > Select the live option, and re-check the issue.

    Hello,

I have followed your suggestion and disabled the maintenance mode in WooCommerce Settings > Site visibility > Live.

It worked — the products are now visible on the frontend.
Thank you very much for your quick support!
