Sorry for the trouble. When you upload a theme in WordPress, “The link you followed has expired” usually means the file is bigger than your server allows. It isn’t caused by your WordPress version or by the theme.
Here’s how to fix it:
1. Upload the right file. The full package you download from ThemeForest contains the theme plus extra files. Unzip it and upload only woodmart.zip in Appearance -> Themes -> Add New -> Upload Theme.
2. Raise the upload limits. If the error still appears, ask your hosting provider to increase these PHP values, for example:
upload_max_filesize = 128M
post_max_size = 128M
max_execution_time = 300
memory_limit = 256M
3. Upload over FTP instead. If your server still blocks the upload, you can install the theme over FTP: https://woodmarttheme.com/docs/upload-theme-with-ftp/
If none of this works, send us temporary WordPress admin access in the Private Content field and we’ll take a closer look.
