Installation Process

Hi,
Today I’ve purchased this theme, but I’ve problems with Installation process. After charging woodmart.zip, at the moment of the installation, the page charges and then the session is expired. Therefore, the installation process failed. How can I fix this problem? Thank you!

Thanks for your reponse, but the problem persists. It doesn’t seem a hosting provider problem. I tried on another hosting provider, but the problem is the same. I’ve a good storage space, but the chargement dosen’t proceed. I tried also to desactivate plugins and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes, I follow the instructions in your link, but the problem persists. Help, please!! 🙂

But did you try to ask your host to increase max upload size on the server? What upload limit do you have at the moment?

Hi, the upload size was ok. I’m writing to let you know that I finally solved the problem after several attempts. I have not quite understood how (maybe a hosting provider’s bug?), but the theme has been correctly installed. 🙂 🙂 Anyway thanks for your attention. Best regards!
