we do not want want to go and edit each product. please tell me what we need to do for set quantity as 1000 for all products in the website instead of handling manually

You can bulk update the stock quantity for all products in your store by navigating to Products > All Products in the admin panel, selecting all products, and using the Bulk Actions > Edit option. Once in the bulk editor, set the stock quantity to 1000 and update

if we use this option, we have to do manually for all the pages under products as we have thousand of products. “Select” option will select only products in that page right ? it will not update for all thousands of products. so how to do for all 1000s of products ?
can you please me an sql query so that i can run directly in phpmyadmin so that for all products qty will become 1000

Currently, there is no option available in the theme settings to achieve this directly.
It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
