Instructions for setting up reset password

The “forgot password” feature doesn’t work, I checked the email but it was not sent.
please help me install this feature

May I request you to check how it works with some default WordPress themes (e.g Storefront) to understand is it our theme issue or not? Because the “forgot password” functionality comes from WooCommerce.
