Internal Server Error at checkout

I am receiving an ‘Internal Server Error’ message within the checkout.
– User enters credit card information (I am using ANZ eGate plugin – it was working last week but now it is failing, I have tried two separate plugins and both report Internal Server Error)
– Clicks ‘Pay Now’
– Internal Server Error displays at top of cart
– Payment does get debited from users card but order does not process.
Please can you look into this – it was working last week with no issues but when I transferred the site to the live environment it stopped – I got new credentials from the bank and still it fails – but I don’t think it is an issue with the gateway because payments are being processed – Woocommerce is just not recognising a successful payment and is not proceeding to finalise the order.
I have deactivated both plugins but they both work – I was using the one developed by ‘Tyson Armstrong’

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress theme like twentysixteen to understand is it our theme issue or not?
