Internal server error – checkout page

Hello,

When i’m on my checkout page and want to finish the purchase i get an “internal server error” warning at the bottom of the page. I deactivated non essential plugins but the issue remains.

Is there a solution for this ?

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress theme like twentysixteen to understand is it our theme issue or not?

I switched to twentysixteen and the problem is the same. I also contacted the hosting provider and they are looking into it. The thing is even mailchimp (promo popup) isnt working. I don’t know if this is related – contact form on the other hand works fine.

If it doesn’t work with other themes as well then the problem is not caused by WoodMart. Most likely it is caused by some of the installed plugins. Try to disable them one by one.

You are correct, thank you. I disabled all of the plugins and the order went through! I will now test one by one what is causing this.
