Internal server error ONLY on portfolio !

Hello, great theme, BUT i want to work with project type (portfolio) but i get an internal server error !

My website with 20+ pages work fine https://arg.baliboa.com/
but not portfolio !?

I have few plugins, i try to desactivate them, when i desactivate wpbakery plugin (i have last version) it’s ok (but not site). I have also last version of theme

My hosting is a performance one with enough memory (also set in wp-config)
Notice I don’t have woocommerce installed (i don’t need it)

Please some HELP i don’t understand and need to work on project

wpbakery

and same error 500 like here https://arg.baliboa.com/portfolio/test/

when i desactivate redux framework or wpbakery it’s ok

I did it, I already test WITHOUT ALL external plugins before sending the first request

And i just retest with only 3 core plugins and same 500 error

Anyway, we need you to disable all plugins first so we can check the problem ourselves.

I’m no more working for today on this site you can access wp admin, check, test (disable/able… create portfolio test…). I just made a backup in case. Please find the bug/solution

Please, send us your FTP access so we can check what is wrong there. And check your server error logs to see if there are some PHP errors there. If you can’t do this, ask your hosting provider for help.

Please, enable PHP error display on your server. There is some PHP fatal error but it impossible to fix it while we can’t see the error.

I enabled php error display with
ini_set(‘display_errors’,1);
in wp-config.php
and
define(‘WP_DEBUG’, true);

Also i set my php 7.2 in developpment mode (view image)
and in .ovhconfig file on server :
app.engine=php
app.engine.version=7.2
http.firewall=none
environment=development

Should i test different php config ?

Strange, but PHP errors are still not shown and 500 Internal Server Error still appears.

What is next step ?
I desactivate all plugins, get the error log, put php in dev mode…

I need a solution to keep on working and using your theme
You give no direction/idea, try what you want i may missconfigured the wp-config file or… You are the dev professional i’m just a webdesigner and i need your help i pay for that, please some efficient help

All we need is to see the PHP error. We are not server administrators and can’t advise you here. Contact your hosting provider and ask to enable this option. Just send them that link and say that we have to see the PHP error that appears there and not 500 error.

Also, update to the latest version that was released recently.
