Internet Explorer showing off page elements??

Because of this strange button under the brands (no idea why its there), if you go on Explorer it looks like the pic.

Please help me out here on this, I do have visitors from there. Furthermore, I cannot update to the latest version, again.

This element https://prnt.sc/s292jp does not relate to our theme. As I understand it is a third parties plugin. It may conflict with our theme as our theme has its own element https://prnt.sc/s2939k Try it.

Look, if you not going to help us, then so be it just say it. Do you not understand that I have these images?

Woodmart Brand element does not work like the PWB one “that is causing this conflict with IE”, I have given you the login and you didnt even bother to look.

I will ask again if you can PLEASE really help us. I understand you may have many other issues but peope coming to BUY cant see the full site if on IE, effects SALES may it be small or large.

We need this to be address and fixed. I will supply the screen shot of what we have and our login details again, please, login and just see for yourself, live now at the bottom of the screen is what your themes element looks like live.

You show me the problem: https://prnt.sc/s2gs2p I have checked the attribute items and I suggest adding the images to the Brand items. You do not have images that is why the Brand carousel image shows the title: https://gyazo.com/2f82517d5594a03576cf49d73b446d5b

If you want Brand carousel element related to WoodMart theme to show the images not the titles, you need to add these images to each Brand attribute item in Dashboard > Products > Attributes > Select Brand > Configure items > enter each item and upload the image.

Please clarify which problem you need help with now and deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme so that I could check and help.

Im an idiot sorry… I didnt know it was in attributes, but what if there is still this issue?

Ok, did it using square 200x 200 and 300x 300 same as the others why are they so TINY?

Your images have different sizes. You need to upload images with the equal size. Check which size is the best: https://gyazo.com/3efc06318ee9d2c949718373bea93e6a You see that Joy Organic image size is 307 x 75 px and it looks better than Berkshire CBD which is 300×300.

I understand that but how big can I go so they all look proper even?

400×400? 1000×1000 will that correct itself? I need something that shows ALL brands at once, no scrolling, possible?

Also the brands, I have the brand logos now, but only allows 8 at a time on page?

You can try 307 x 75px for images.

As for IE it worked perfectly. What steps have you taken before you see the problem?

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area
