Interval based product quantity issue

If I increase the product quantity, it increases by 2 steps but I check in code, the default step value is “1”.
then why it increases by 2?
I already de-activated all third party plugins

Please check how it works with the default wordpress theme. Because the quantity is woocommerce functionality and our theme doesn’t influence.
