Invalid Match Key Parameters for AddToCart Event

Hello guys,

just got this message from Facebook regarding “Add to Cart” Event:

“Your server is sending an invalid user_agent parameters value for your AddToCart event. This may be because there was an error in the parameter value.
This may cause issues with the attribution and delivery optimization of ad campaigns that are using this event.
Check that you’re sending valid and unique values for the user_agent parameters for your AddToCart event and that the data is normalized correctly.”

Can you help me on this?

Hello,

Please make the full backup of your site as well as the Theme settings export and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by Woocommerce.
