    Hello everyone,

I hope you’re all doing well. I’m currently working on setting up an e-commerce shop using the Woodmart theme and the Advanced Product Fields (APF) plugin. However, I’ve hit a roadblock when it comes to the single product page. The products I’m planning to sell are personalized, and I need assistance with tracking their inventory.

Here’s the situation: within APF, I have an option where customers can choose from three different models, followed by further customization. What I’d like to achieve is to track the inventory for all three models individually. For instance, let’s take the product “Money Holder.” Upon selecting this product, customers are prompted to choose the type of envelopes they prefer inside—Plastic envelopes, regular envelopes, or ZIP envelopes. I must monitor the stock status of each model for accounting purposes.

I’m reaching out to seek concrete solutions to address this challenge. Despite my efforts, I haven’t been able to find a suitable plugin to assist with inventory tracking, and I don’t possess programming skills.

Could anyone provide suggestions or guidance on the best ways to tackle this issue? I’m open to any constructive advice or recommendations. Thank you in advance for your assistance!

    Hi Zlayka,

    Thanks for reaching to us.

WooCommerce has an option to manage stocks by default, you can read here https://woo.com/document/configuring-woocommerce-settings/#products-inventory-options
    https://barn2.com/blog/woocommerce-manage-stock-at-variation-level/

For specialized assistance and potential solutions, I kindly suggest that you reach out directly to the WooCommerce plugin’s support team https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/, who are better equipped to provide you with the guidance you requires or You need to find a third party plugin to achieve more functionality that best suits you.

    Regards,
