Invoice After Purchase

Hi,

Recently I have purchased this theme, it looks great. I was working on multiple things;

After purchase, customer will get invoice and on approval from our end, stock will be deducted, as we dont want price section and other shoping features to display. This invoice will display in dashboard and on email as well. Kindly let us know how to proceed this, as website work still under progress.

Theme Purchase and Invoice Process

I recently purchased a new theme, and I must say, it looks fantastic! While working on several elements of the website, I wanted to clarify the post-purchase process for our customers.

Once a customer makes a purchase, they will receive an invoice. Upon approval from our team, the stock will be updated accordingly. Since we aim to maintain a clean and streamlined shopping experience, we have chosen not to display the price section and other standard shopping features on the site.

The generated invoice will be available for the customer to view both on their dashboard and through email notifications. Please advise us on how best to proceed with this setup, as the website development is still ongoing.

Thank you for your response. Let me clarify the situation:

We have recently purchased a theme and are currently working on setting up the website. The issue we are facing is related to how the invoice is generated and displayed after a customer makes a purchase. Specifically, we want to:

1. Ensure that once a customer completes a purchase, the invoice is generated and displayed both in their dashboard and sent via email.

2. Deduct stock only after we approve the purchase, not immediately after checkout.

3. Hide the price section and other typical shopping features, as we aim for a simplified, streamlined purchase experience.

Could you guide us on how to set this up, and what steps are required to make it work seamlessly?

I’ll share the WP login credentials once i will install wordpress, currently nothing is installed yet.
