Ipad portrait and mobile landscape not resposive

Hello,

I did HTML footer, but in iPad portrait view and mobile landscape view its not responsive: https://prnt.sc/213ca5l

You need to change the column width for the tablet. Please check this video tutorial: https://wpbakery.com/video-academy/control-elements-different-devices-responsive-column-controls/
