Ipad view not loading slider and styles properly

Hi Guys
We are nearly complete with the woodmart theme using the decor template. We have noticed that the Ipad view isn’t functioning correctly at all. Could you have a peak and see if its something we have done wrong. Just incase I deactivated all plugins that are not related to the theme but it still didn’t load properly. Im using an old Ipad to be fair but I want to reach out incase a feature needs tweaked. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you so much for your feedback. I will try again and wondered could my Ipad be too old?
Also on the andriod phone the banner at the top doesnt appear as the Iphone does!
Can I ask how we may move the margin or padding on the iphone as its vey tight to the edge. Image attached

Can you please update Safari to the latest version and check again?
For the banner, please navigate to Theme Settings > General > Header banner and increase the height in the mobile https://prnt.sc/F9pcur220FMS
