Iphone incompatility

Our client is having some issues using iphone 7 with the woodmart theme.

Which iphones are your theme ready? Don’t display the image of the revolution slider, Image or SVG
and Promo Banner addons.

Check the site in private section. This is very crucial. I understand that iphone 7 is old. You don’t make compatibiliy for it.

I would like to have some suggestions from your side.

In order to display the image on the site, we use the Elementor functionality. So please check how it works with the default “Image” element from Elementor in some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not.

That depends on the IOS version, you are using to test the Website with iphone 8, safari and IOS 13.7, it doesn’t display the images. That is related to WebP format.

What kind of emulador do you recomend to test our websites in iPhone and apple devices? Aappetize.io doesn’t have Iphone 7.
