Is it possible to add a full page background image ?

Hi, i saw on this template that peoples used a background image :

however i checked in the theme option and wasn’t able to find how, is there any way to do that with the theme or with elementor that i’m not aware of ?

First of all, I’m really sorry have taken long time to reply you due to the weekend.

Navigate to Theme Settings > Styles and colors > Page background and you can set background image for whole page https://prnt.sc/uh9xLHmr4uli
