Is it possible to remove a category from the Banner menu ?

After removing the Xmas category from our website, i wanted to keep it for next year and avoid 404 errors, and i was wondering if there way to remove/manage the Categories in page title : https://prnt.sc/qEfMIU4-NEkJ

Please Go to Theme Settings >> Product Archive >> Page title and disable the option to show categories in page title.

Well, i only wanted to select which one i was showing and which one i wasn’t, not remove them …

These are product categories. Navigate to Products > Categories > Edit the categories.
