You need to set up the brands and then they would be shown with the element.

1) the brands are set –

The question is, how i make the brand appear? via menu? html blocks?
Hello,
The mobile menu does not support the mega menu.
You need to add your brand URLs just in the menu as a custom link. Usually, a separate mobile menu is created without mega menu blocks.
