    I want to exclude certain blocks from being cached by our caching plugin Wprocket.

    Hi,

    You need to contact WP Rocket plugin’s developers for help in this question. We don’t know about such ability in the plugin.

    Did you read the heading of the topic? I just need to know the URL of HTML blocks that come with theme.

    HTML Blocks doesn’t have URLs. Only pages and posts like products may have URLs.

    We have Popup element with a button in the chart

    1. Add popup element https://gyazo.com/9c8ce4adac94fe59ffb4d63eeada3882 you see the tabs and tab for a button.

    2. Then insert any content inside the popup http://prntscr.com/l2h44a
