Section, row and column usually have the option to show/hide it on different devices.
You can find the option in the Advanced and in Responsive tabs.

não quero ocultar o elemento nos dispositivos moveis, apenas essa “barra de rolagem”, ela fica aparecendo sempre e só desaparece apos a primeira interação do usuario com o elemento

Sorry, I don’t need any more help, I found out what caused this bar to appear, it disappeared after disabling this option.
