marayno.campanaParticipantGOODMORNING. I’VE AN ISSUE. AFTER ADDING A PRODUCT TO THE CART (ONLY ON THE PRODUCT PAGE) THE REFILL BUTTON ENDLESS AND THE PRODUCT IS NOT ADDED TO THE CART.

Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
WoodMart core
WooCommerce
Elementor/WPBakery page builderThank you in advance

marayno.campanaParticipantI tried again in wild mode and it doesn’t work (not even on mobile). however if I add a product from the upselling products button they are added. the problem only occurs with the button on the product page

Artem TemosKeymasterWe tested one more time and it works well on our end. Could you please clear your browser cache and test it? Also, check it with a different machine or mobile phone.

We checked it one more time and see the problem. But as we can understand, you enabled plugins and now it doesn’t work. It looks like plugins cause the issue. Please, try to disable them one more time so we can test and see.

After checking the issue, we see that your server blocks all AJAX requests that go to this URL: https://www.gruppoala.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php and in the response we see the following message: https://monosnap.com/file/KM3puLmBmVjZGjiWsz5xvf9f7OFKry
Therefore, contact the technical support of the server to solve this problem.
