Issue: Can´t change color of page-title

I am encountering an issue while trying to change the color of the page title in the theme settings.
Specifically:
I navigate to Theme Settings > Page Title and use the color box to set a new color.
I select the color rgb(203, 18, 18) and save the changes.
It dont take over in frontend, after a few seconds, it reverts to the previous color.
Could you please assist in resolving this issue? I would like the page title color to be rgb(203, 18, 18).
