Hello.
I have been using your theme with the Elementor Page Builder for a long time and am very pleased with it.
Until now, the Elementor “Image Carousel” widgets have also worked perfectly, which I like to use as a slider or with a fade effect as autoplay.
Now I have the following problem:
The image carousels are not working properly
– with the fade effect, the carousel jerks once and only the first image changes, instead of continuous looping and soft fading.
– with the normal slider function, nothing moves at all.
However, this issue is only on desktop – on smartphones/mobile devices, everything works as usual.
I have already deactivated plugins to test whether there is a connection – unfortunately, no. I have deactivated all lazy load functions (Woodmart / Elementor / WP Rocket) – this does not solve the problem either.
What is the reason for this and how can it be quickly resolved so that everything works again on the desktop?
