Issue for editing of the Variable Product

    For Example, This Product has 6 color variations.:

    However, As you see, in the product view, everything going well and the customers can see, select and order, but in the admin panel, it is impossible to edit it.

    By clicking on the expand, nothing happening.

    Regardless of the kind of attribute (Color, Pieces, …), there is the same problem for all variable products.

    I don’t know when it happened exactly, but it was ok 2 weeks ago. Because I have edited some products.

    This is an urgent request. because even we can not change the stock quantities.

    Your prompt assist would be greatly appreciated.

    Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress theme like twentysixteen to understand is it our theme issue or not?

    Hi,
    If you provide me some more instruction to make so, it would be appreciated.

    Important: As we have found now when we make a copy/duplicate of the product, everything is going well as a new product. But actually, it is impossible to do it as a solution for hundreds of variable product.

    You can enable some standard WordPress theme in Appearance -> Themes. Then, check how they work with other themes to understand if the issue is caused by WoodMart or not.

    Hi, Unfortunately, to make a test as you advised, our shop was unavailable for several hours. So, now it is once again up.
    Dear friend, it is a big issue in a harsh time ( Christmas ). Our Google ads campaign is running too expensive. We are ready to pay for your hourly rate. Please (a gentle request) don’t say easy to us something to try and error by ourselves. Please accept this responsibility and go ahead to find the cause and solve the issue.

    Hi,
    First: After changing the Theme, we have faced a blog page without existing products and pages. After setting the theme back to Woodmart, We have lost all settings of page, colors, and etc.

    As you know, these days it is a harsh time for online shops. As we could not find a rapid solution, we have decided to list the variable products once again. You can see it on our shop page.

    Today we have a new issue. Please see: https://nimb.ws/cUpqyW

    As you see, we can not make a new simple product. After entry of all product information, when we save it, however, we don’t have any variation, it is returning to variable product type like a default. Hence, the product looks in the front page inactive (impossible to add to cart).

    Dear friend. Really I am disappointed to get an effective help/assist from your side. You have all the access information. We are expecting to full inspection and provide us a cause of failure or solution. I am ready to pay you again for an invoice.
    Please (a gentle request) don’t say easy to us something to try and error by ourselves. Please accept this responsibility and go ahead to find the cause and solve the issue.

    Hello,

    We are sorry that you faced any difficulties working with our theme.

    First. Theme change can’t cause colors and settings lose. We are sure that something different happened on your website and it is not due to theme change. And we can prove it if you will allow us to do this test on your website and then you will see that options are kept even after you change the theme for testing purposes. The only problem may occur when you switch between themes in Appearance -> Themes is that widgets may lose their positions. It is a WordPress behavior and we are not able to fix this in our theme scope. Now, you need to go to Appearance -> Widgets and move all widgets to appropriate positions.
    As a workaround, you can backup your widgets configurations using this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/widget-importer-exporter/

    Second. You are demonstrating the problem with WooCommerce and not with our theme. All shop functionality is a part of the plugin and not related to our theme. Most likely, you have some conflict with installed plugins or with your hosting server. That is all that we can help you with since it is not a theme issue or bug so we don’t have any instruction with the fix. We suggest you to disable all external plugins and contact your server providers if it will not fix.
