Issue in CHECKOUT page

    1.- Accesing to any product, for example: https://www.laseramedida.com/producto/rc82002/ [See image 01.JPG in CHECKOUT-issue.pdf attached file]

    2.- Scrolling down that product page we can select measures: ANCHURA (widht) = 700mm – LONGITUD (length) = 1200 mm – ALTURA (height) = 750 mm – QUANTITY = 1, with that options the price is 249.72 € [See image 02.JPG in CHECKOUT-issue.pdf attached file]

    3.- We add the product to the Cart (the Cart page works fine)

    4.- Now we proceed to Checkout (Finalizar Compra in spanish) [See image 04.JPG in CHECKOUT-issue.pdf attached file]

    5.- In first instance the shipping fee (Gastos de envío) it’s correct, in this example has a price of 17,90 € and a weight of 28,24 Kg [See image 05.JPG in CHECKOUT-issue.pdf attached file]
    We have installed the Plugin WC – APG Envío por peso that calculates the shipping fee in function of the weight (see list below), in this example for 28,24 Kg corresponds the fee 30|17,9, that is from 25 to 30 Kg applies a fee of 17,9

    6.- Here is the issue, the are 2 scenarios:

    – Scenario A, the customer has no account and has to input the shipping address, inserting State / Province (Región / Provincia) causes a recalculation of the shipping fee assigning an incorrect fee [See image 06.JPG in CHECKOUT-issue.pdf attached file] and [See image 07.JPG in CHECKOUT-issue.pdf attached file] the fee assigned is always 5.23 € that corresponds at the first line of the previous list of fees 5|5.23

    – Scenario B, if the customer modifies data field street (Dirección de la calle in spanish), or city (Localidad / Ciudad) or Postal Code (Código Postal) it happens the same that in Scenario A case

    – Scenario C, if the customer is connected with his account user and password the checkout page loads the shipping address and don’t modifies any shipping address data the order can be completed

    7.- We have try all combinations with shipping settings with no success, we suppose that exists a function or and option to modify Woodmart theme that fix this issue canceling the update checout proccess.

    Hello,

    Please check how it works with the default WordPress theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not.

    Because the checkout, shipping are WooCommerce functionality and our theme doesn’t influence.

    I have just renewed the suscription to your theme only for this, you could be a little more empathetic at least.

    I have seen on the Internet that adding some function in the FUNCTIONS.PHP file could still be solved, I have opened this file of its template and I see that it does not have the usual structure, you could tell me where I have to copy the codes that are usually put to the end of FUNCTIONS.PHP file.

    Hello,

    Please, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. This testing may take up to 15 minutes. You would better make the full backup of your site.

    You can edit the checkout fields in the Appearance > Customize > Woocommerce > Checkout.

    Okay, just to do that test, I prefer it to be tomorrow so that the backup is made this morning and thus have both the automatic copy and the manual copy that we made a while ago. We are in Spain, I say it so that they take into account the schedules, so tomorrow Thursday we can do those tests. Thank you.
