alaazinahParticipantThere is an error that appears to me on my site. The error only appears when I log in as an admin. After logging in, I do (purge all) through the Lite Speed Cache plugin…and then when I scroll down the page, the page design is repeated several times after the footer and this debug appears.
What is the reason for this and how can it be solved

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
There is an issue with the 3rd party plugins. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know so I will check and give you a possible solution.
Best Regards.

alaazinahParticipantI did that, but I did not discover the error. Unfortunately, I hope you can help me solve the error. Is the problem clear to you? Have you gone in and noticed it yourself?

alaazinahParticipantFeel free to do anything to discover and resolve the error

alaazinahParticipantThe problem still exists even after clearing the browser cache, or logging in from the incognito browser, or logging in from another browser, or logging in from another device.
1- Make a login.
2- Place the mouse on the speed lite cache icon in the top toolbar and make pruge all.
3- Scroll down and it will appear.June 7, 2024 at 3:26 pm #571338

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Can you please create the new layout for your product page or assign any other layout to the single product page, then check back the site, I think there is an issue in the custom layout that you have created for the single product page.
Best Regards.
June 8, 2024 at 2:06 pm #571495
alaazinahParticipantI tried this before contacting you. I disabled custom layout but the problem did not go away. Do you think it has something to do with Elementor and debugs?
June 8, 2024 at 2:57 pm #571503
Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Yes, when disable the custom Layout then the product page is working fine. Please check it now, I have disabled the custom layout for the product page and it is working fine.
Best Regards.

alaazinahParticipantYes, the problem disappeared, but I created a new layout and the problem appeared again. This means that the error appears as soon as any layout is created

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
It seems to be a cache problem. Sometimes, issues with caching plugins can be resolved by adjusting the plugin’s settings. You can try reactivating LiteSpeed Cache and carefully reviewing its configuration options to see if there are any settings causing conflicts. Make sure it’s configured correctly for your specific setup.
If you want to continue using LiteSpeed Cache and can’t resolve the issue on your own, consider reaching out to LiteSpeed’s support for assistance. They might be able to help you troubleshoot and configure the plugin correctly.
Best Regards.

alaazinahParticipantIt has been confirmed that the problem is due to the Woodmart theme… Error 500 was appearing in elementor. I activated a theme other than Woodmart and the error disappeared. However, I am now in a big problem. After I reactivated the Woodmart theme, I discovered that many elements had disappeared from the home page design. It is specific to the woodmart theme and will not return again when i reactivate the theme

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
I did not encounter any 500 errors on your site. I used Elementor to edit the page on your site, and it worked fine.
For clarification, please see the screenshot: https://ibb.co/kJVGwZyPlease review your site and verify the issue. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
Best regards.

alaazinahParticipantI’m getting this error in the elementor debugger (Template File: No Templates for condition > /themes/woodmart/woocommerce/single-product.php) what does it mean and how to solve it
June 12, 2024 at 5:01 am #572125
alaazinahParticipantI corrected the layout error by deleting the layout from within the Woodmart settings and creating a new layout using Elementor.. It now works fine, thank you.
