I saw the screenshot you attached.

1) Please try adding the following Custom CSS in the Global Custom CSS area under Theme Settings >> Custom CSS.

.woocommerce-mini-cart__buttons a.button.checkout.wc-forward {
    background: goldenrod;
}

2) Please provide me with some relevant screenshots to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
