ISSUE Using pricing and discounts plugin

Hi, we’ve been investigating a problem with the application of an offer configuration with the Dinamic Pricing and Discounts plugin for a few weeks now. The developer has tested and works perfectly with Storefront and me too, before that we deactivated all plugins that could also interfere with prices and discount rules and still did not work, it is a 3×2 offer within the same product category. I have seen that the offer applies correctly in the Minicart but when arriving at the cart is not displayed. I honestly don’t know what it’s all about anymore. If you need more information tell me, thank you very much for the support and for this fantastic template!

Please, describe to us your problems in a bit more details. Provide us with a list of steps on how to reproduce it on your website. Are we allowed to deactivate all extra plugins and switch to Storefront?

Hi Artem, we have configured a 3×2 offer in this category https://www.nuvole.es/categoria/promocion-pijamas-y-peleles-de-bebe/ , which is not yet visible in the menu, works well to add 3 products of the same category, the offer is displayed either in minicart or in the cart, but if you add a fourth product or more of the same category the offer is displayed in the minicart but in the cart disappears.
You can switch to Storefront and disable the necessary plugins, I guess there won’t be any trouble getting back to Woodmart without issues. I make a backup and closed the shop for you.
