    after updating 6.3, I’m facing issue while adding templates.

    please help me here.

    Please, disable all plugins temporarily and send us your FTP access.

    Try to go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Patcher and apply the patch 357913. Let us know if the problem remains.
