sreyansh.s11ParticipantDear Woodmart Theme Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I’m currently experiencing an issue with the Ajax functionality on my website’s homepage. Specifically, when I click the “Load More” button to view additional products, the loading icon appears, but the products do not load.
This issue prevents visitors from viewing more items on the homepage, and it seems to be isolated to this specific page. I have checked other pages, and they appear to function correctly.
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? If there are any specific details or settings you need from me, I’d be happy to provide them.
Thank you for your assistance.
Cheers,
Sreyansh

Bogdan DonovanKeymasterHello,
Please disable any plugins not directly related to our theme. We will log in to your dashboard and investigate the issue. Please ensure that you only keep the following plugins that are necessary for our theme to work correctly:
– WoodMart core
– WooCommerce
– Elementor/WPBakery Page BuilderThank you in advance.

Bogdan DonovanKeymasterHello,
We did not find products with a load more button on your homepage, as all products were displayed in a carousel format when we checked. However, on the shop page where the AJAX load more button is enabled, the button looks and functions correctly. Please check the video https://monosnap.com/file/rZWMO40ucDBWBSYvwQ9Is1BcRAfEEA
Kind Regards

sreyansh.s11Participanthey we want to use ajax in our homepage , but our products are in the shop page what to do this case
my domain is http://www.ignougalaxy.in
The ajax is not functioning in user end but in the admin of wordpress it worksAugust 6, 2024 at 9:17 am #588338
Bogdan DonovanKeymasterHello,
In the previous message, we asked you to disable all third-party plugins except those that come with the theme https://xtemos.com/forums/topic/issue-with-ajax-load-more-button-on-homepage/#post-586463.
After we accessed your site and temporarily disabled the plugin called “Insert PHP Code Snippet” (screenshot https://monosnap.com/file/J7qcK9a7CkI3cjMXOMVIeDRdmnVGjJ), the load more button on the homepage started to look and work normally. Here is the video https://monosnap.com/file/iU8VPIjDNde8MkLN5pYjWLerwDrl4m. This means that the issue is not related to the theme and is caused by a third-party plugin, and to resolve the issue, the plugin needs to be disabled.
It is also worth noting that if you see a difference between the logged-in and logged-out states on the site, you need to clear the cache in the respective cache plugin you are using or temporarily disable it.
Kind Regards

Bogdan DonovanKeymasterHello,
Unfortunately, if the client’s custom code causes the issue on the site, we cannot provide advice on how to fix it, other than to remove the external code that is causing the problem. Support for custom codes and modifications is not within the scope of our theme support.
Kind Regards
