admin-3814ParticipantHello,
We’re currently experiencing an issue with the AJAX shop functionality on our website. When clicking on the product category filters, pagination links, or the “Select options” button in the product grid, the page redirects instead of loading via AJAX. The AJAX Shop option is enabled in the theme settings, and everything was working fine until two days ago.
Here’s what we’ve already tried:
– Disabled Cloudflare cache and the WP Rocket plugin
– Regenerated WooCommerce lookup tables
– Flushed Redis object cache and cleared all transientsDespite these steps, the issue persists. Specifically:
– Clicking “Select options” briefly triggers the quick shop, but then redirects to the product page.
– Pagination links sometimes load via AJAX, but other times redirect the page entirely.Interestingly, when logged in as an admin, AJAX loading works as expected with no issues.
Could you please investigate and advise on how to resolve this?
Thank you.October 16, 2025 at 3:06 pm #691307
admin-3814ParticipantI’ve noticed this issue occurs primarily on mobile devices. On desktop, AJAX functionality works intermittently—sometimes it loads correctly, other times it redirects. This inconsistency makes it difficult to pinpoint the cause.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site, and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP login details, so I can check and give you a possible solution.
Best Regards,

admin-3814ParticipantHello,
We’re unable to disable all plugins on the live site due to ongoing traffic, so we’ve created a staging environment to replicate the issue. However, the problem does not occur on the staging site.
On the live site, we’ve tried by disabling Cloudflare caching, Redis object caching, and the WP Rocket plugin. Despite this, the issue persists.
The problem only affects the frontend for logged-out users. AJAX functionality works correctly once we log in to the admin panel. The issue mainly occurs on the mobile devices.
To reproduce the issue, please access the website in mobile:
– Visit the category page and click the “Select Options” button on a variable product. The quick shop popup appears briefly, but then the page redirects to the product detail page.
– When using the category filter, instead of loading products via AJAX, it redirects to the product page.October 22, 2025 at 8:44 am #692139
Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Since the issue only occurs for logged-out users on the live site and not on staging, it’s most likely related to caching on the live server. Even though you’ve already disabled Cloudflare and WP Rocket temporarily, there may still be cached or minified files being served to guest users.
Please try the following steps:
- Clear and temporarily disable any server-level cache if you are using it.
- Temporarily disable cache plugin and disable CDN (Cloudflare).
- If you’re using any custom snippets or plugins related to AJAX or redirection, please disable them temporarily.

admin-3814ParticipantHello,
Thank you for your suggestions.
We’ve confirmed that there is no server-level caching enabled. Cloudflare has been paused, and all caching plugins have been deactivated. Additionally, we tested by switching from the child theme to the parent Woodmart theme.
Despite these changes, the issue still persists — primarily on mobile devices and occasionally on desktop as well.
Could you please check if there is any issues in theme script loading in mobile devices?October 22, 2025 at 1:18 pm #692204
Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Please temporary deactivate these: https://postimg.cc/9D7DfX7D
If the issue remains, share the WP login details of the live site so I will further check on your site and give you a possible solution.

admin-3814ParticipantCloudflare CDN and WP Rocket caching have already been disabled, but the issue persists. I have shared the WP admin login credentials for the live site. Please check it.

admin-3814ParticipantHello, We cannot keep Cloudflare CDN and WP Rocket disabled for an extended period as the website is live. If possible, could you please check it immediately?
