ivoltbgParticipantHello,
In this video: https://somup.com/cOe20iVc67N you can see that the layout for the brands is not displayed when I select a specific brand. I have filled in the include/exclude requirements as shown in the video, but the categories are still being displayed after selecting a brand from https://ivoltbg.com/shop-by-brand/, which should not happen.
When a brand is selected from https://ivoltbg.com/shop-by-brand/, the Brands layout from the Products Archive section (as shown in the video) should be displayed instead.
Please assist me in resolving this issue.
Thank you.
Best regards, Nikola
March 16, 2026 at 1:51 pm #712777Hello,
For this, you have to use the brand widget in the Category page layout as well, because this brand widget takes to the category page. I have added the same brand widget in the category layout, and it is showing fine: https://ibb.co/dwd6zCys
This brand widget do not take the user to the brand page directly; it will open in the category page.
Best Regards.

ivoltbgParticipantHello, I don’t like this result. Maybe I’m not explaining it properly so that you understand exactly what I want. We’ve done this before on this site, but I don’t know what happened for it to break.
Here’s what needs to be done:
1. The brands should not be visible here → https://ivoltbg.com/products/
2. On https://ivoltbg.com/shop-by-brand/
, when you click on a specific brand, it should display all filters on the left and the products from that brand in the product grid. Actually, it’s already happening now — it just needs the categories to be removed. We’ve done this from Layouts > Product Archives > Include/Exclude Conditions, but I can’t configure them correctly to make it work.
Please assist me with this.
Best regards, Nikola

ivoltbgParticipantHello,
Thank you for resolving the issue.
Could you please explain how you achieved this result? I’d like to understand what was done so I can see why I wasn’t able to solve it on my end.
Best regards, Nikola

ivoltbgParticipantHello,
why did you use include > product term > wago?
Wago is only 1 brand from all which I have.
Best regards, Nikola

This particular condition can be removed from there. It should work due to this one https://gyazo.com/199c2fc65df1f13c9156e3e272dc3aa6
