    Hi, I have an issue with the featured thumbnail for when i paste a link to one of my categories in an email or Facebook….

    Hello,

    Please check the issue on one of the default themes to understand where our theme causes the problem.

    Free Yoast SEO plugin has an option to set an image for sharing in Facebook. You can try this http://prntscr.com/ko3rrh

    Hello,

    We have not tested it with email. How do you expect it should be added to email? If we share a link in Facebook, Facebook has the option to take the featured image. I have not seen such feature in email. Email allows adding an image in the body or as an attachment. Perhaps, you will have to create a HTML template for email and insert like you do in newsletters.
