Issue with Free Shipping Bar

I have an issue with the free shipping bar. I have a tax toggle as I sell both B2B & B2C. I have free shipping enabled for orders over £100.
When the tax toggle is on, displaying prices including tax the Free shipping is triggered when the total price is £100 including tax (£88.33 + Tax of £11.67), but when I toggle the tax off, the free shipping is no longer triggered, and to trigger it you need a total value of £120 (£100 + Tax of £20) in the cart.
I would like this free shipping to be uniform. Is there a way to fix this please?

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.
As we can see, you are using an extra plugin that is not compatible with our free shipping bar. By default, WooCommerce doesn’t have such a switcher. Our progress bar can work only as per the default WooCommerce configuration.
