    Dear WoodMart Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am experiencing an issue with GIF images not working on my website’s single product pages and product grids. The GIFs appear as static images and do not animate unless I hover over them, which triggers a zoom effect.

Here is an example of a product page where this issue occurs: https://eroticsexshop.cy/product/stavros-the-great/

I have tried several troubleshooting steps, such as:

Checking theme settings to ensure GIF support is enabled.
Disabling lazy loading for GIF images.
Verifying that the GIFs are uploaded correctly and the file paths are accurate.
Inspecting for CSS or JavaScript conflicts that might interfere with the GIF animation.
Updating WordPress, WooCommerce, the theme, and all plugins to the latest versions.

Despite these efforts, the issue persists. Could you please assist me in resolving this problem? I am particularly interested in understanding if there are any theme-specific settings or updates required to ensure GIF images animate correctly on both single product pages and product grids.

    Hello,

    Sorry for the delay.

Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable it all back. Also, send the admin access via the private area.

    Kind Regards

    Hello,

I have checked that issue on the default Storefront theme and there is the same issue – https://monosnap.com/file/7rVBJ7xbMAsq8qeORnBxBqiUBfh0N4 most likely the issue in your gif because for example, this one works well – https://take.ms/f8DEi and in our theme too – https://take.ms/eNrES

So this is not something related to our theme because as you see on the default theme the same issue.

    Kind Regards
