Issue with log in

Hi! I have got a huge problem with log in settings because clients write a letter of complaint about that. The main problem is when the client logs in to his account the system shows that he didn’t log in, but he did and on a website, I set up appearing prices when logged in and clients don’t see prices, even they in the system. Could you answer me as fast as you could?
