I am experiencing an issue on my WooCommerce single product pages where the star rating element is not displaying, and the review count is incorrectly showing zero, despite the products having numerous approved reviews.

    Troubleshooting Steps Already Performed:

To isolate the issue, I have already performed the following steps without success:

    • Switched from the child theme to the parent theme (Woodmart). The issue persisted.
    • Disabled all plugins with the exception of Woodmart Core, Elementor, and WooCommerce while using the parent theme. The issue remained.

I would appreciate any guidance on resolving this matter.

    Hello,

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

    Thank you in advance

I found out that in my staging site, everything is working perfectly, with all plugins activated.

Do you know if it might be some woocommerce cache issue or something?
