Issue with Mobile Search in Sidebar – Changes Not Applying

Dear Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue with the mobile search functionality inside the sidebar menu. I have been trying to change the search from posts to products, but none of my modifications seem to take effect.

I have already:

• Updated the entire site.
• Applied all available patches.
• Ensured that only the required plugins included with the template are active (no extra plugins installed)

Despite these steps, any changes I make to the mobile menu search in the header are not being reflected. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

I just tried making the changes in the header bottom and then moving them to where I actually need them, which is the main header, and it seems to have worked. I don’t quite understand what might be happening, as I had already tried everything before.

Now I am trying to enable the Show Categories Menu, but neither the normal menu nor the categories menu appear. It seems there are issues when making changes to that header widget.

That’s strange—I was able to fix the issue by creating the menu in the header bottom and then moving it to the main header. I’m not sure why it only works this way, but it seems there is an issue with the mobile menu widget when used in the main header.
