Dear Woodmart Support Team,
We’re encountering a critical issue on our website related to new customer accounts. Here’s a summary of the problem:
The issue only affects newly created customers (within the last month).
When we create a new customer manually or through checkout/registration, their user role is automatically changed to “None” after about 30 minutes or less.
At the same time, important information such as name, address, and phone number is cleared/removed.
We are unable to update or save any changes to these new user profiles from the admin panel.
However, older customers (created over a month ago) are unaffected — we can still edit and update their profiles with no problems.

We have tested this by disabling all plugins and the issue seems to persist only when the Woodmart theme or Woodmart Core plugin is active.
Please advise on what could be causing this, and how we can resolve it. This is affecting our ability to manage new customer accounts.
