Issue with Partial COD Option on Checkout Page

I hope you are doing well.
I am trying to enable a Partial COD (Cash on Delivery) option on my website. After installing and setting up the Partial COD plugin, I noticed that the option is not showing up on the checkout page.
Could you please look into this issue and help me resolve it? I would like the Partial COD option to appear properly during checkout.

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand if it is our theme issue or not?

as i say I am trying to enable a Partial COD (Cash on Delivery) option on my website. so thing is Default COD is working but Partial COD plugins are not working please login and check partial COD.
