issue with pre-footer in retail demo version

The background of the pre-footer is added from the Row of the Html block that you added as a prefooter.
Please edit the Html block that you used as the pre footer and try changing the row background.
Then check back.
2) Please try adding the following Custom CSS in the Global Custom CSS area under Theme Settings >> Custom CSS.

}
