    Hi,
I recently bought the WoodMart theme and tried to install a prebuilt website from your theme, however it doesn’t work as when I finished importing, the home page was not displaying any images and it was impossible to modify it. How could I fix this issue ?

    Hello,

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

You need to enable Elementor containers before importing our dummy content. You can enable this in Elementor -> Settings -> Features https://gyazo.com/978409216e7ba8e656ed812160359821

    Kind Regards

    It’s already active 🙁
But I’m not sure if I dit it before or after importing. What should I do ?

You remove all the previously imported content in Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Prebuilt websites and import it from scratch.

    Hello,

Please disable any plugins not directly related to our theme and provide us with your admin access details. We will log in to your dashboard and investigate the issue. Please ensure that you only keep the following plugins that are necessary for our theme to work correctly:
    – WoodMart core
    – WooCommerce
    – Elementor/WPBakery Page Builder

    Thank you in advance.

    Hello,

We just checked the import mechanism and see that your server returns a timeout error. That is why the import can’t be completed. You need to contact your hosting provider and ask to increase the timeout limit in order to fix the import function https://gyazo.com/a856817c40e535201548e21e07a7ffac

    Kind Regards
